Job summary

The SEALS of Austin-Round Rock is seeking a field sales professional to build a territory in the Austin area by visiting restaurants and commercial kitchens, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and turning gasket-related opportunities into approved work.

You will manage your book of business with consistent prospecting, inspections, and accurate estimates, while growing recurring accounts. A strong emphasis on relationships and a performance-based compensation structure is key.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on sales or business development experience.
• Able to travel throughout the local territory.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with commission-based income and performance-driven pay.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take precise measurements.
• Proficient with mobile apps, navigation tools, email, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily by visiting businesses to create new opportunities.
• Inspect equipment and identify gasket needs; training provided.
• Explain findings, prepare estimates, close sales and grow repeat customers.
• Manage your pipeline using CRM and mobile tools.
• Coordinate with Operations to order materials and schedule installs.
