North American Slate, the American subsidiary of Rathscheck Schiefer, invites applications for a Territory Sales Representative covering the Southeast region, including GA. This full-time role offers a base salary of 65,000–75,000 USD with bonus potential and benefits.

The ideal candidate will prospect and build lasting partnerships with contractors, architects, and suppliers, manage the full sales cycle, and travel extensively to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in roofing or related field.

• Willingness to travel extensively (50%+).

Responsibilities

• Identifying and prospecting new customers to build lasting partnerships.
• Meeting contractors, suppliers, and architects while negotiating pricing and terms.
• Managing the full sales life cycle from prospecting to close.
• Providing regular reporting to leadership on sales and projects.
• Forecasting and monitoring project pipelines to hit targets.
• Managing leads in territory, sending information and samples, coordinating logistics.
• Estimating, quoting, and analyzing costs to competitively sell slate products.
• Ongoing account management including lead generation, negotiation, and post-sale support.

Territory Sales Representative - Roofing-Southeast

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and prospecting new customers building relationships that create lasting partnerships.
• Meeting contractors, suppliers, and architects while effectively negotiating within the provided framework as it relates to pricing flexibility, acceptable contract terms and any potential concessions achieving sales objectives.
• Managing the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to deal close.
• Providing consistent reporting to leadership for current and future sales and project oversight.
• Accurately provide project sales forecasting and monitoring of pipeline projects to reach sales targets.
• Managing leads within assigned territory, sending information and samples, coordinating logistics.
• Estimating, quoting and analyzing costs to strategically sell offered slate products in a competitive market.
• Ongoing account management including lead generation, qualification, product presentation, negotiation, closing the sale and post-sale account management.

Local candidates in these states preferred.

• $65,000 to $75,000 highly competitive base salary coupled with bonus remuneration based upon sales target achievement.
