Role Description

This is a full-time Outside Sales Representative role covering the Houston, TX territory and surrounding Gulf Coast industrial market. The position focuses on industrial hose, hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, and fluid transfer products for customers operating in oil & gas, petrochemical plants, refineries, manufacturing facilities, industrial contractors, and maintenance organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities, manage and grow existing accounts, and expand market share throughout the Greater Houston industrial corridor.
• Prospect new customers, build relationships with plant maintenance teams and procurement professionals, and identify opportunities for hydraulic hose assemblies, industrial hose solutions, and related MRO products.
• Provide a consultative sales approach, working closely with customers to understand application requirements, recommend correct hose and fitting solutions, and provide fast, reliable service for critical operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships, territory sales, and developing new B2B business opportunities
• Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory, grow accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment
• Knowledge of hydraulic hose, industrial hose, fittings, couplings, adapters, fluid transfer systems, or industrial MRO products is highly desirable
• Prior experience in outside sales, industrial distribution, hose & fittings sales, hydraulics, fluid power, or industrial supply is preferred
• Experience selling into oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments is a strong plus
