Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth of custom apparel across Louisiana’s souvenir shops, resort retailers and gift stores. You will develop new accounts, nurture existing relationships, and propel territory revenue through active field selling and trade-show participation.

This field-based role involves extensive travel, prospecting, and building a long-term book of business.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to sell custom apparel into souvenir shops, resort retailers, and gift shops across Louisiana! You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts, growing existing relationships, and driving territory revenue.

This is a highly field-based role with significant travel, including prospecting throughout your territory and attending multiple trade shows each year.

Day to Day

• Sell custom apparel and resort/souvenir merchandise to retail accounts and gift shops.
• Prospect for new business and build relationships with key decision-makers.

• Conduct in-person account visits and attend industry trade shows.

What We're Looking For

• Proven outside sales experience managing a geographic territory.
• Experience selling custom apparel strongly preferred.
• Experience selling adjacent products such as sunglasses, hats, flip-flops, tote bags, or stickers into resort/souvenir retail is also highly relevant.
• Comfortable with heavy travel and selling in the field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passionate about building a long-term book of business.
• Industry experience is more important than years of experience.

1099: Commission-based; top reps earning $500K+ in high-volume territories.

W-2: base + commission, with first-year compensation dependent on experience.
