Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to sell custom apparel into souvenir shops, resort retailers, and gift shops across Texas. You will develop new accounts, grow existing relationships, and drive territory revenue.

This field-based role involves significant travel, attending multiple trade shows, and building a long-term book of business. Outside sales experience and independence are essential; industry experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience managing a geographic territory.
• Experience selling custom apparel strongly preferred.
• Experience selling adjacent products such as sunglasses, hats, flip-flops, tote bags, or stickers into resort/souvenir retail is also highly relevant.
• Comfortable with heavy travel and selling in the field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passionate about building a long-term book of business.
• Industry experience is more important than years of experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to sell custom apparel into souvenir shops, resort retailers, and gift shops across Texas! You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts, growing existing relationships, and driving territory revenue.

This is a highly field-based role with significant travel, including prospecting throughout your territory and attending multiple trade shows each year.

Day to Day

1099: Commission-based; top reps earning $500K+ in high-volume territories.

W-2: base + commission, with first-year compensation dependent on experience.
