The Territory Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Illinois, Wisconsin or Minnesota. This role is responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, managing a defined territory, and building long-term relationships with industrial and commercial customers. Daily activities include conducting site visits, understanding customer safety needs, presenting BOPLAN solutions, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close opportunities. The Territory Sales Representative collaborates with engineering and CAD teams to design tailored safety barrier solutions and ensures smooth coordination between customers, internal operations, and installation teams. The role also involves tracking sales activity in CRM tools, monitoring market trends, participating in trade events or product demonstrations, and supporting post-sale customer satisfaction and retention.
