Job summary

G&W Equipment, Inc. is looking for an experienced sales professional to prospect and develop new business within the Greensboro territory. You will sell new and used industrial equipment, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyze your territory and identify opportunities to increase market share

• Stay engaged with customers through consistent communication and follow-up

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in material handling, construction, or a related B2B industry
• Proven success in developing and managing a sales territory
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of basic financial principles and margins
• Persistent and self-motivated, with a high sense of urgency
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with CRM systems
