Job summary

Optec Displays, Inc. in Tulsa seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales in the assigned region, build relationships with decision makers, respond to inquiries, and close deals.

You will conduct on-site demonstrations, manage accounts, and hit monthly and quarterly targets. Candidates should have 2+ years in B2B sales, experience in the sign industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to travel up to 75% weekly, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sign industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a quota-driven environment.
• Ability to travel weekly within the assigned territory (up to 75%).
• Understanding of CRM systems and experience using them to manage sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory, including identifying target accounts and establishing relationships with decision makers.
• Respond to all in-bound sales inquiries in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and approve pricing with clients.
• Provide on-site production demonstrations and training.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services
• Provide regular updates on account activity and performance.
