Job summary

Optec Displays, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth within the assigned district. You will build relationships with decision-makers, identify opportunities, and close deals in the sign industry. A valid driver’s license and occasional after-hours work may be required.

The role combines commission-based compensation with account management, offering opportunities to demonstrate products on-site and expand customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (sign industry preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Willingness to travel weekly within territory (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory and establish relationships with decision makers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly.
• Build relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and approve pricing with clients.
• Provide on-site demonstrations and training.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services.
• Provide regular updates on account activity and performance.
