Optec Displays, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Baltimore to drive sales and manage accounts within the assigned territory. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, respond to inquiries, and close deals while coordinating with internal teams.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle for demonstrations, and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO and health coverage. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the sign industry.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory, establishing relationships with decision makers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly.
• Build relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and approve pricing with clients.
• Provide on-site production demonstrations and training.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services.
• Provide regular updates on account activity and performance.
