Malarkey Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative for Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas. This remote role will be the primary sales agent, building relationships with distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and others to grow revenue.

The position requires 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, with travel around 75%. It offers a competitive salary with base plus commission and comprehensive benefits, including retirement and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary sales agent for distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups and others.
• Reach out to prospects and convert them into customers.
• Communicate, present and influence credibly to diverse audiences.
• Grow relationships with new and existing customers to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare timely proposals and interpret blueprints, plans and specs.
• Monitor competitor developments and market trends.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental policies in all environments.
