Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Sales Representative for Pennsylvania's Eastern/Central region. You will be the primary sales contact, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, and homeowners groups to drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years outside sales experience, preferably in construction, with travel around 75%. Competitive salary with base plus commission, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales agent within the territory, acquiring and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, homeowners groups, and others.
• Reach out to prospects and convert them into customers using available resources.
• Communicate, present, and influence credibly to diverse audiences.
• Develop relationships to sell products and services to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Prepare timely proposals and understand blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Stay informed about competitor developments.
• Promote safety and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
