Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Sales Representative for the MD/DC/DE region. The role will serve as the primary sales agent within an established territory, identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and others to drive growth.

You will travel about 75% and support company growth by presenting durable, sustainable roofing solutions, preparing proposals, and staying informed about market developments.

Qualifications

• Three years of business outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Travel requirements: 75%

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales agent within the territory, identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and others.
• Reach out to prospects and convert them into customers using available resources.
• Communicate, present, and influence credibly to all audiences.
• Create and enhance relationships to sell products/services aligned with revenue goals.
• Prepare timely proposals and understand blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
• Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies and promote safety culture.
