Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Sales Representative for the MD/DC/DE region, with a remote work option in Maryland and Delaware. The role drives growth by engaging distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and other stakeholders to meet revenue and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least three years of outside sales experience (construction preferred), and can travel about 75%.

• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• 75% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary sales agent for distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups and others in the region.
• Reach out to prospects and convert them into customers.
• Communicate, present, and influence credibly to diverse audiences.
• Build and strengthen relationships to meet territory revenue and profitability goals.
• Prepare timely proposals and understand requirements in plans/specifications.
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain market awareness.
• Uphold safety policies and environmental standards in all environments.
