Job summary

Fairchild Equipment, Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Sales Representative to grow forklift and material handling equipment sales across a broad territory. You will build relationships with existing customers and develop new business while promoting Yale and Hyster product lines.

This full-time, exempt outside sales role covers multiple Minnesota counties. You will manage proposals, understand customer needs, and collaborate with BD reps to deliver excellent service and solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years forklift sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years outside business-to-business sales experience required.
• Knowledge of forklift/heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing business while developing new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Sell forklifts, material handling equipment, and related solutions across industries.
• Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
• Promote Yale and Hyster product lines and secure orders.
• Assess customer needs and demonstrate effective products and solutions.
