Job summary

Norman Window Fashions seeks an energetic Account Representative to grow retailer accounts in the Northwest from our Tukwila, WA office. Primary duties include enrolling accounts into Norman Experience training events and driving sales growth with new and existing customers.

The role offers base pay with commission tied to performance, plus travel reimbursements and a full benefits package. On-site, full-time work with occasional overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, inside sales, or showroom selling.
• Willing to travel up to 25% with overnight trips monthly.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Enroll retail accounts into Norman Experience training events.
• Publish monthly schedule of virtual Spotlight sessions for sales opportunities, updates, promotions, events.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; serve as primary contact.
• Plan monthly field visits to support customer growth, including overnight trips.
• Log all customer interactions and account history in Salesforce.
• Track account sales potential by product and competitor; review findings with supervisor.
