Norman Window Fashions in Schaumburg, IL seeks a motivated Territory Sales Representative to nurture and grow our dealer network from the regional center. This full-time role combines showroom management, account growth, and proactive customer service.

You will travel up to 25% and work closely with General Manager to drive revenue, manage accounts, and coordinate events. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship skills are essential.

Formación

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, logistics and dealer relationships.
• Ability to analyze financial opportunities and align with sales goals.
• Customer-focused with a proven ability to deliver high-quality service.
• Familiarity with Norman’s products and sales processes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Overnight travel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Business Center (RBC) management and showroom oversight.
• Maintain showroom appearance, manage RSVPs and events.
• Demonstrate Norman products during visits and events.
• Drive sales growth by meeting goals for assigned accounts.
• Identify high-potential accounts for strategic review.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with managed accounts.
• Educate accounts on product innovations and pricing advantages.
• Provide dealer communications on promos, updates and orders.
