Norman Window Fashions is seeking an enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative for our Regional Business Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. You will nurture, support, and grow our dealer network by driving showroom activity, customer relations, and regional sales initiatives.

This role requires travel up to 25% and a hands-on approach to manage events, product demonstrations, and timely communications with dealers.

• Regional Business Center (RBC) Management: maintain showroom appearance, coordinate activities, manage RSVPs and events, demonstrate products, track visitor metrics, maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Sales and Account Management: drive sales growth, identify high-potential accounts, conduct meetings with managed accounts, educate on product innovations and pricing, process new account openings, execute campaigns.
• Dealer Support and Communication: provide backup support for Territory Sales Managers, keep dealers informed on rebates, promotions, orders, and product updates.
