Job summary

Forney Industries is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow and service its welding, gases, and industrial distribution channels across the United States. You will develop long-term relationships with distributors, manage sales opportunities, and collaborate with product management and leadership to drive growth.

You will train distributors and end users on welding, cutting, and grinding applications, maintain CRM data, and participate in trade shows and sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or engineering.
• 3–5 years of industrial product knowledge with sales experience.
• Proven track record in exceeding quotas and building key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales activities to meet quotas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with welding/gas distributors.
• Coordinate with sales management to differentiate IP offerings.
• Grow territory with new distributor opportunities.
• Provide product training to distributors and end users.
• Maintain CRM records and report budgets and expenses.
• Travel 50–70% within territory or USA.
