Job summary

Westlake Windows in Dallas is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow sales, manage builder, distributor, contractor, and dealer accounts, and deliver a consultative, high-service experience. You will travel within the territory as needed to win new business and strengthen relationships.

You will read blueprints, perform takeoffs, and present our premium vinyl products, highlighting energy efficiency and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, preferably vinyl windows.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to travel 5 days a week within the territory.
• Read blueprints/plans and perform product takeoffs.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships and close sales; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, prospect, and secure new accounts.
• Foster growth in existing builder, distributor, dealer, and contractor accounts.
• Read blueprints, perform price takeoffs, and provide delivery dates and service obligations.
• Present and demonstrate premium vinyl products, emphasizing features and energy efficiency.
• Maintain high-touch communication with customers; resolve complaints and offer ongoing support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.
