Lindsay Window & Door LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an incredible Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with distributors, builders and commercial customers in the greater Houston area. You will receive top-notch product training from our sales and manufacturing teams and call on quality customers for vinyl windows and doors.

The candidate should have 3-5 years in sales (windows/building products preferred), excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid command of MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably windows or building products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be organized with the ability to focus on priority projects and tasks.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with distributors and builders.
• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking and other sales techniques.
• Develop and execute strategic sales tactics to achieve and grow market share.
• Manage customer accounts receivable to ensure customer payment terms are being met.
• Work both directly and cooperatively with the Plant Management and Customer Service teams.
• Create and maintain CRM data.
• Interact effectively at all levels of the customer’s team.
• Achieve profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development.
• Attend scheduled meetings, and trainings at Lindsay Windows locations nationwide
