Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Durham, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by closing new business and building lasting relationships across food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors that use linen, uniforms, and facility services. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train and coach you during a 13‑week program.

After training, you’ll identify prospects, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with a team to meet growth targets while earning strong

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and territory management.
• Proficient with CRM systems to drive results.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas via Salesforce funnel management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings and outline upcoming installations.
• Foster relationships with new customers for smooth service transition.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and follow policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
