Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Contractor Sales Representative (Nashville) with focus on tiling, surface preparation and sealants. This remote-based opportunity involves coordinating with distributors and contractors to drive sales across the Nashville territory and supporting architectural sales calls and product launches.

Essential duties include demand generation, account management, and hands-on product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related field preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to travel 50% of the time.
• Familiar with selling through distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager efforts selling full product offering with an added focus on Tiling, Surface Preparation & Sealants for C&C business unit in the assigned region.
• Execute and follow up with Bostik Specifications program within territory creating down channel demand.
• Responsible for creating demand at the contractor and end user level.
• Support the execution strategy with product launches.
• Support National and Regional demand creation initiatives such as promotions and maximize their value through steady communication and metrics.
• Support onboarding of new distribution partners.
