Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience in building materials or related industry.
• Bachelors preferred but not required; strong knowledge of ready‑mix products.
• Proven ability to develop quotes, manage orders, and grow territory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for customers and monitor orders.
• Develop a clear business strategy for key accounts.
• Prepare projected business outlook for territories.
• Compile information and prepare sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Billing and Credit to resolve issues.
• Assist Operations and Dispatch for status updates.
• Lead generation and attendance at industry events.
• Handle customer inquiries on billing, quality, and service.
• Prioritize safety, adhere to company policies and training.
