Job summary

Forvis Mazars US Search is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Kitchen & Bath / Building Products in Raleigh NC. This field-based role covers a South Carolina territory with a company vehicle and rewards performance through base salary plus bonus/commission.

Ideal candidates bring experience in kitchen & bath, plumbing fixtures, building materials, or related construction products and a proven ability to develop new business through face-to-face visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales, business development or territory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, field prospecting, referrals and networking
• Identify construction, renovation, and development projects that present sales opportunities
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, distributors, wholesalers and showroom partners
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations and recommend products and solutions based on customer and project needs
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and opportunities within the territory, meeting or exceeding sales and territory growth goals
