Lift Solutions in Miami/Doral is seeking a passionate Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the industrial lifting market. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

This role requires 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience, knowledge of crane and rigging products is a plus. Travel overnight is expected; bilingual is a plus but not required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years' outside sales experience required, B2B preferred.
• Experience in industrial lifting industry preferred but not required.
• Must be a highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Proficient with presentation, selling, negotiation, listening skills.
• Highly effective communication skills required - daily interactions with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Bi‑lingual preferred but not required.

• Develop and implement sales initiatives to capture Key Accounts.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all market segments.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on profitable growth within the territory.

• Become an expert in the industry with product knowledge, training and safety procedures.
• Support current customers and introduce new products and training on safety requirements.
