Job summary

General Parts is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Des Moines, IA area, with remote work and regular visits to the Des Moines branch. You will own the full sales cycle, covering Des Moines, St. Louis, OH, and Kansas City, with up to 30% travel across territories.

You will build long-term customer partnerships within HVAC, refrigeration, and foodservice equipment sectors, earning strong commissions and growth opportunities in a stable company.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in service-based or HVAC-related fields.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the territory.
• Must be 18 years or older; able to pass background check and drug screen.
