Responsibilities

• Manage complete customer sales lifecycle: engagement, appointments, measurements, proposals and sales orders.
• Handle sale of home improvement products and services including doors, windows, awnings.
• Coordinate payment collection and ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up.
• Contribute to marketing efforts using SEO, website requests, referrals, lawn signs and neighborhood outreach.
• Develop and execute plans to grow revenue and nurture existing client relationships.
