Job summary

Sears in East Hanover, NJ is seeking Sales Representatives for Home Improvement exterior and interior products. You will work full-time on a commission-based W-2 with benefits, with leads provided by our national sales center.

Pre-set appointments are arranged to visit customers’ homes, not door-to-door, offering competitive earnings and growth opportunities. Expect to travel locally, maintain excellent customer service, and close deals using provided tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel within local market using personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle product samples.
• Proficient with computers and reporting tools.
• Work a 5-day week including Saturdays.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers choose home improvement products.
