The role focuses on building the Pella brand among builders, contractors, architects, and trade pros, achieving sales goals through relational selling across all product offerings.

You will spend over 50% of time at customer sites, set your own hours, and strive for 100% Very Satisfied customers with an uncapped commission plan and guaranteed monthly commissions for the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent outside sales experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships with builders, contractors, architects and trade pros.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals through a relational selling model across all product offerings.
• Spend >50% of time at customer sites generating account growth and prospecting for new business.
• Develop relationships and provide solutions by understanding customer needs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and serve as the central contact for clients.
