Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Able to travel from home to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Handle 3 warm, vetted leads daily.
• Travel from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships.
• Conduct exterior home inspections, including attic access and roof assessment.
• Document findings and present exterior solutions, pricing, warranties, and financing.
• Close sales and ensure a positive customer experience from first contact to project completion.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Participate in ride-alongs and coaching.
• Achieve sales goals consistently.
