Diesel Direct Central is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive new business in the Kansas City market. You will prospect, quote, and close deals while supporting credit and collections and managing day-to-day customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the petroleum sector, with strong cold calling and CRM skills. This on-site role requires a hunter mentality and the ability to travel in the Kansas City region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in petroleum.
• Proven ability to drive sales where price and service matter.
• Strong cold calling and prospecting track record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; CRM experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication for proposals and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Close new business and drive incremental profitability.
• Meet or exceed monthly volume, revenue and profit targets.
• Develop new customers via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and complete sales-cycle admin.
• Prepare pricing and terms proposals aligned with ROI thresholds.
• Monitor market pricing and competitive activity.
• Protect company information and confidentiality.
• Maintain corporate image in all dealings.
