Job summary

Diesel Direct is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive new business in the Dallas market within the Commercial Fuel Division. The role emphasizes prospecting, quoting, and closing, with occasional credit support and customer relationship management.

You will build new customer relationships by phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits, aiming to exceed targets while managing a CRM pipeline and ensuring data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of outside sales experience; fuel industry preferred.
• Experience with Truck-To-Truck Sales a plus.
• Proven track record in cold calling and prospecting.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Close business by following a robust prep and action framework.
• Meet or exceed monthly volume, revenue, and profit targets.
• Establish new customers by planning daily outreach and calls.
• Manage a CRM-based pipeline and complete sales-cycle tasks.
• Prepare pricing proposals and terms tailored to customers.
• Monitor pricing, products, and market developments.
• Protect confidential financial, production and marketing data.
• Maintain corporate image in all interactions.
