Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new territory in Lafayette, LA. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining clients by meeting business owners and decision-makers face-to-face and selling supplemental insurance products.

You will receive comprehensive training and work with a team to hit monthly and quarterly targets. A valid driver’s license is required, with licensing support provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build client relationships.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and results.
• Manage your weekly schedule and work hours.
