You will meet with decision-makers, deliver product showcases, travel within your territory, and work closely with your sales team to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your professional network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio and hit targets with the team.
