Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to start in a newly developed territory. You will focus on new client acquisition and retention by meeting business owners in person and presenting our supplemental insurance products.

You'll receive comprehensive training, a flexible schedule, and the chance to earn commissions, bonuses, and stock incentives as you build a portfolio of clients in the local market.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners, benefits managers, and employees.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage your territory.
• Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and follow up on referrals.
• Visit new businesses and build client relationships to drive acquisitions.
