Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our commercial waste and recycling business throughout Florida's Treasure Coast. This outside sales role involves meeting business owners and decision-makers, developing relationships, and closing commercial accounts.

You will manage a territory that includes the Treasure Coast with travel to Fort Pierce division as needed. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with a bridge commission

Qualifications

• Commercial sales or business development experience.
• Experience in waste/recycling or related services preferred.
• Experience prospecting and developing geographic territory.
• Strong consultative selling skills and proposal experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory.
• Proven track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new commercial waste customers.
• Build pipeline via cold calling, in-person prospecting, networking, referrals.
• Meet with decision-makers and determine needs.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, bids, contracts, and RFP responses.
• Forecast sales opportunities and maintain Salesforce records.
