Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to deliver technical and clinical support for the Inspire therapy. You will work with physicians, staff, and sales to ensure safe adoption and use across hospitals and clinics in your region.

You will provide in-procedure support, device troubleshooting, and post-training follow-up, while disseminating clinical information to teams. A clinical background with travel readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree and 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare or medical device industry experience OR Bachelor's degree and 1+ years Inspire experience OR Associates' degree or Professional Certification with 5+ years related experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education in the assigned region to account clinical staff.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews and in servicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel on training/support for targeted customers.
• Disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and the sales team.
• Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant publications and clinical evidence.
