Trackman is seeking a results-driven Representative to sell launch monitor and simulator solutions across Western Pennsylvania, handling private and commercial golf customers. You will plan demonstrations, generate leads, and build a strong referral network while traveling heavily in the Allegheny Territory.

This role demands strong communication, integrity, and an entrepreneurial approach. You will operate from a home office with 60-75% travel, supported by extensive onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

• Sales experience in sports or technology industry.
• Own car with full driver’s license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with time-management abilities.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
• Act with integrity and enthusiasm.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver product demonstrations to golf clubs, home simulator centers, indoor simulator centers, club fitters and other client segments.
• Generate leads through cold calling, workshops, golf events, and other channels.
• Build referral networks with builders, designers, architects, and others.
• Support demand generation with PGA and golf organizations.
• Provide ongoing training and white-glove service to customers.
• Conduct customer training and first-level support.
• Organize Trackman University educational workshops.
• Test products and provide feedback to software/hardware teams.
• Develop and improve territory sales strategies.
