Rinnai America Corporation seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead residential and commercial programs within the Salt Lake City region and surrounding areas. You will collaborate with BDM teams, regional sales, and distributors to expand market share and meet corporate objectives.

The role requires up to 75% travel and entails training, pricing strategies, and program execution across plumbing contractors and commercial customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in construction products.
• Industry knowledge in construction products and gas appliance applications.
• Aggressive and seasoned in sales leadership and direct selling.
• Ability to engage with C-suite decision makers.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive growth in Repair and Replace segment.
• Grow sales with new construction builder plumbing contractors.
• Develop and grow commercial mechanical/plumbing contractors.
• Provide product and installation training to plumbing contractors by segment.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and programs as approved by Sales Director.
• Coordinate with distributors and travel within territory to meet targets.
• Conduct regular reviews and set milestones for progress.
• Maintain CRM with all sales funnel activities.
• Analyze field reports and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
• Assist in annual/monthly sales forecasts and targets.
• Support field issue resolution and coordinate with engineering.
