Job Overview:

Seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow sales of low pressure and vacuum products in designated territories. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and expanding our product reach in various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with distribution & OEM accounts in industrial blower and tank truck markets within the territory.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to identify and develop channel partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and support strategic goals.
  • Provide technical and product support to accounts.
  • Develop key account management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in industrial sales and service environment.
  • Understanding of industrial tools and applications.
  • Knowledge of distribution channels and end-user sales preferred.
  • Proficient in sales concepts and practices.
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

  • Customer focus, action orientation, results-driven, effective communication, interpersonal skills, resilience.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
Travel & Work Arrangements:

Fully remote with 50-60% travel within the territory.

Pay Range:

$100,000 - $125,000 including incentives, based on experience and location.
