Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on low pressure and vacuum products. The role involves managing and expanding sales within your designated territory, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities in industries such as Pneumatic Conveying, Waste Water Treatment, and Class 8 Bulk Transport Trucks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with distribution & key OEM accounts in the industrial blower and tank truck markets within the territory.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to identify and develop channel partnerships.
  • Achieve sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Provide technical and product support to accounts.
  • Develop key account management strategies for target markets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in industrial sales and service environment.
  • Understanding of air and battery-powered tools used in industrial settings.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel distribution and end-user selling experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Preferences
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
Travel & Work Arrangements
  • Fully remote position with 50-60% travel within the territory.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $100,000 - 125,000 plus bonuses and incentives. Benefits include health care, 401(k), paid time off, stock grants, and wellness programs.
