Remote – Within Territory - VA, East TN, GA, NC, SC, FL, AL, MS, LA

Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic, results-driven Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow sales of low pressure and vacuum products within designated territories. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying market opportunities in industries like Pneumatic Conveying, Waste Water Treatment, and Class 8 Bulk Transport Trucks.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with distribution & key OEM accounts in industrial blower and tank truck markets.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to expand network of channel partners.
  • Achieve product sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Provide technical and product support to accounts.
  • Develop key account management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in industrial sales and service environment.
  • Understanding of air and battery-powered tools used in industrial settings.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel distribution and end-user sales preferred.
  • Proficient in sales practices and procedures.
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Core Competencies:
  • Customer focus, Action-oriented, Results-driven, Effective communication, Interpersonal savvy, Resilience.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
Travel & Work Arrangements:

Fully remote with 50-60% travel within territories.

Pay Range:

$100,000 - 125,000 plus bonuses and incentives.
