Territory Sales Manager, Southeast, Gardner Denver Industrial Blowers & Mobile Products

Location: Remote – Within Territory - VA, East TN, GA, NC, SC, FL, AL, MS, LA

Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow sales in low pressure and vacuum products, developing client relationships and expanding market reach in industries like Pneumatic Conveying, Waste Water Treatment, and Class 8 Bulk Transport Trucks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with distribution & key OEM accounts in the industrial blower and tank truck markets within the territory.
  • Collaborating with product management and sales teams to identify and develop channel partners.
  • Achieving product sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Providing technical and product support.
  • Developing key account management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in an industrial sales environment.
  • Understanding of air and battery-powered tools, competitors, and applications.
  • Knowledge of distribution functions and end-user selling experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in sales practices and procedures.
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Core Competencies: Customer focus, action-oriented, results-driven, effective communication, interpersonal skills, resilience.

Preferences: Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience.

Travel & Work Requirements: Fully remote with 50-60% travel within the territory.

Pay Range: $100,000 - 125,000 plus bonuses and incentives.
