Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED; some college coursework in business preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and office technology.
• Strong numerical aptitude for pricing and analytics.
• Willingness to travel regionally and develop dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales and service operations across a broad customer base, including wholesalers, contractors, and designers.
• Implements territory-specific merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Maintains regular sales calls and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Builds strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to support wholesale and multi-unit initiatives.
• Attends trade shows and industry events.
• Drives customer engagement through consistent follow-up and strategic communication.
• Develops and executes territory sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe work practices
• Attends training and travels as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned in alignment with evolving organizational needs
