We’re Hiring: Territory Sales Manager (Pacific Northwest)

Location: Remote – Must reside in OR, WA, ID, or AK

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Travel: 75–80% Overnight Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage accounts in your assigned territory
• Exceed sales targets with smart, creative strategies
• Develop deep knowledge of our products, market, and retailer needs
• Represent our brand professionally at events, trade shows, and in the field
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors

What You Need:

• 3+ years in sales (pet industry experience a plus)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with mobile tools and CRM platforms
• Ability to travel frequently and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
