Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial programs across the Ohio Valley, including Cleveland and Columbus. You will coordinate with regional teams to maximize opportunities and advance Rinnai’s market share.

The role requires up to 75% travel within the territory and offers a pay range up to $97,585 annually plus a 20% bonus, along with best-in-class health benefits, a generous vehicle allowance, a 401k match, and volunteer day programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in construction products.
• Knowledge of construction products and gas appliance applications.
• Able to work with C-suite decision makers and provide financial insight to clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, strategies, and tactics for the assigned territory.
• Develop sales growth in repair & replace, new construction builders, and commercial contractors.
• Provide product and installation training to contractors as needed.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and programs approved by Sales Director.
• Coordinate with distributors and travel within the territory to meet targets.
• Use CRM to track sales funnel activities and prepare forecasts.
