Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial sales across the Ohio Valley, including Cleveland and Columbus, OH. You will collaborate with Territory Managers, BDM, and Regional Sales Manager to maximize market share and hit corporate targets.

Expect up to 75% travel within the territory. Competitive pay includes a base up to $97,585 plus a 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales management experience in construction products.
• Industry knowledge including construction products and gas appliance applications.
• Strong sales leadership, management, and direct selling abilities.
• Ability to work with C-suite decision makers to achieve alignment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, strategies, and tactics for the assigned territory.
• Develop sales in Repair & Replace, and new construction builder segments.
• Train contractors on product and installation as needed.
• Plan pricing, discounts, and programs as approved by Sales leadership.
• Travel within territory to deliver targets and market development.
• Maintain distributor relationships and use CRM for funnel management.
• Support field product performance issues with Engineering.
