Your Role

The Territory Sales Manager – Northern California will drive Uson's growth in the MedTech sector by developing new business, uncovering opportunities, and expanding customer relationships. This high-energy role requires a results-driven sales professional with a strong business development mindset and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Set and implement short- and long-term goals and strategies.

Account Management:

  • Manage and grow designated accounts.
  • Analyze and report key metrics, costs, and results providing actionable insights.
  • Compare forecasted versus actual results to identify performance gaps.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and engage new customers to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and competitive insights.

Technology and Product Feedback:

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant B2B sales manufacturing experience.
  • Preferred knowledge of laser welding and/or extrusion/injection molding.
  • Preferred familiarity with medical device manufacturing.
  • A proven track record of successful work experience.
  • Experience with a CRM a plus.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities to solve problems and interpret data.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic financial calculations (e.g., discounts, percentages, commissions).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, and use hands; occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work may involve exposure to moderate noise, mechanical parts, or airborne particles when visiting operational or laboratory areas.
  • Travel: Domestic 80% travel within the Bay Area territory.
