The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the National Sales Manager. The individual in this role is responsible for developing and managing sales of Brief Relief products in the Northwest region, including the states of Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

American Innotek Inc., founded in 1988, manufactures and distributes patented American-made personal sanitation products designed for outdoor workers.
The Brief Relief line serves multiple industries, including utilities, municipal departments, law enforcement, fire and EMS, government agencies, military, transportation, mining, construction, and other outdoor workforces.
Position Specifics:
We seek a highly motivated, ambitious, outgoing, and independent individual with minimal supervision, business acumen, and persuasive communication skills. Residing in Northern California is preferred.
*Knowledge of how field employees operate within industrial environments, including telecommunications, utilities, and distributor support groups, is highly desirable.*
The RSM will utilize the company's consultative sales process to generate significant regional sales growth. Overnight travel within and outside the region for tradeshows and meetings at our Southern California headquarters is required.
The role involves making presentations to various company levels—from executives to end users—and includes strategic planning, management, training, and education of distribution partners’ management and sales teams.
The RSM will meet individual and company sales goals, update all activities in CRM, and prepare regular reports. The position is home-based, with company-provided equipment and expenses reimbursed. A vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.
Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of solution selling experience. Proficiency in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, and social media platforms like LinkedIn is necessary.
Compensation includes quarterly commissions, monthly new account bonuses, a base salary of $85-95K DOE, and an achievable total annual compensation of $125K with incentives.
